Products Description
The frame is a steel structure, with left and right vertical plates, table, and pressure plate welded together as a unified structure. After welding, internal stress is eliminated through tempering, resulting in exceptional rigidity and high stability. ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to ensure the reliability of important parts such as the frame and sliders.
Themachine operates through hydraulic drive, with cylinders placed on both ends of the machine to directly drivethe slider.A torsion axis synchronization mechanism ensures synchronous movement of the slide.Amechanical stopper mechanism is adopted for stable and reliable operation. The CNC system controls the size of the back gauge and slide stroke, with a high precision ball screw ensuring stable operation and precise positioning of the back gauge.
The controller system utilizes frequency conversion control technology and features multi-step programming function for simple and easy operation. An inclined wedge deflection compensation mechanism guarantees high bending accuracy during operation. Safety barrier devices are installed around the machinery, electrical cabinets are equipped with an open door cut-off function, emergency stop buttons are available at both front and back sides, while a protective cover foot switch ensures safe working conditions.

The material for the upper roller is 42CrMo, the rough processing HB241-286. According to the roll steel standard JB/ZG4289-86, the rigidity is up to(1/700-1/1000)L (L refers to central distance between the two frames).
